Alan left his professional law enforcement career in 
November of 2002 after being asked to join a major risk management firm in the State of Washington. His training and knowledge as a Washington State certified law enforcement officer and major crimes detective as well as his abilities to interact with people were the primary reasons he was recruited by this firm.
Alan’s law enforcement career included investigations at the local, state, and federal levels. He has amassed well over 3500 hours of training related to investigations with specialties in the areas of interviews and interrogation, internal affairs, polygraph and forensic computer and document examinations as well as human resources.
He has conducted countless criminal investigations throughout his career and well over 1000 personnel and employment related investigations. Alan has been a polygraph examiner since 2001 and has administered thousands of criminal, civil, and pre-employment polygraph examinations.
In every investigation, Alan has always shown that he has the expertise and ability to be honest, ethical, confidential and professional.
